We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant & Messenger to join our pharmaceutical distribution team. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of life-saving products through strict adherence to medical storage standards and timely document/product delivery.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the safe handling and storage of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with FDA Philippines Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and performing field errands to pharmacies, hospitals, and regulatory offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliant Storage: Organize inventory according to FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) principles to prevent product wastage.
• Cold Chain Monitoring: Record warehouse and chiller temperatures at least twice daily (maintaining 2°C to 8°C for vaccines) to ensure product efficacy.
• Inventory Control: Conduct weekly and monthly physical counts and reconcile discrepancies with the Warehouse Pharmacist.
• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pull medical supplies based on pick lists, ensuring all items have visible batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Messenger Duties: Securely deliver sensitive documents (e.g., Certificates of Analysis, CPR renewals) and small medical parcels to clients.
• Sanitation: Maintain a high standard of "medical-grade" cleanliness in the facility to meet FDA inspection standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Graduate; vocational training or a Pharmacy Assistant NC II certificate is a significant advantage.
• License: Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1 or 2) required for motorized messenger tasks.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a pharmaceutical or medical warehouse environment preferred.
