What’s your return policy?

To satisfy and better serve our clients, we have made our return policy favorable to our customers.

RETURNS

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • in case of defect, please call our office or representative in charge to your account to inform of defective items received.


  • Central West gives Thirty (30) calendar days to return the defective items from date of received.

  • item(s) for return must be in condition as it was delivered.

  • item(s) must be in original packing

  • item(s) must bear the same lot/batch number as indicated in the invoice.

EXPIRED/EXPIRY ITEMS

  • please inform our office or representative in charge to your account of items for expiry in the next three months.

  • please indicate in your request if expired or expiry item(s) are for replacement or will be deducted to your future payables.

Once our office received your items, we will notify you that we have received your returned items and will immediately inform you on the status after inspecting the item.

In case of Refund, our office will notify you in fifteen (15) working days or as soon as check is available and on its way for delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimun quantity requirement but we offer discounts on volume purchases

What is your shipping policy?

For exclusive distributors outside of Cebu, shipping cost is charge at customers account.
