ORIGIN OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate): Sourced from Switzerland.

Zinc (Gluconate): Sourced from France.

Advantage: Zentokid ZinC uses organic Zinc Gluconate, which is more bioavailable compared to Zinc Sulfate.

ADVANTAGES OF ZINC GLUCONATE VS. ASCORBIC ACID:

Zinc Gluconate:

  • Organic form, better absorption.
  • Supports immune health and wound healing.
  • Less gastrointestinal irritation compared to inorganic forms.

Ascorbic Acid:

  • Commonly used form of Vitamin C.
  • Effective antioxidant.
  • May cause gastrointestinal discomfort in some individuals.

CLASSES OF VITAMIN C AND THEIR BENEFITS

  • Ascorbic Acid: Standard form, effective antioxidant, supports collagen synthesis.
  • Sodium Ascorbate: Buffered form, gentler on the stomach, maintains pH balance, suitable for sensitive individuals.
  • Calcium Ascorbate: Less acidic, provides calcium along with Vitamin C.
  • Magnesium Ascorbate: Provides magnesium, supports cardiovascular health.

Highlight:

Sodium Ascorbate is ideal for those with sensitive stomachs and offers enhanced absorption.

Organic Zinc refers to zinc compounds that are bound to organic molecules, which can enhance their absorption and bioavailability in the body compared to inorganic forms of zinc.

CLASSES OF ORGANIC ZINC AND THEIR BENEFITS

1. Zinc Gluconate:

  • A zinc salt of gluconic acid, often used in dietary supplements and cold remedies.
  • Known for its good absorption and bioavailability.

2. Zinc Citrate:

  • bound to citric acid, another form that is well-absorbed.

3. Zinc Picolinate:

  • Zinc bound to picolinic acid, known for its superior absorption.

4. Zinc Acetate:

  • Used in some medical formulations and known for its rapid absorption.

5. Zinc Aspartate:

  • It is believed to have good bioavailability and is sometimes used in sports nutrition.

6. Zinc Orotate:

  • Claims to have enhanced absorption, although scientific evidence may vary.

Zinc Gluconate is a specific form of organic zinc that has distinct advantages:

1. Bioavailability:

  • Zinc gluconate is known for its relatively high bioavailability compared to some inorganic zinc forms (like zinc oxide). This means that the body can absorb and utilize it more effectively.

2. Gentle on the Stomach:

  • Compared to some other zinc forms, zinc gluconate is often better tolerated and less likely to cause gastrointestinal irritation.

3. Common Use in Cold Remedies:

  • Zinc gluconate is widely used in lozenges and supplements aimed at reducing the duration and severity of cold symptoms. Its effectiveness in this context has been supported by some research.

4. Taste:

  • Zinc gluconate has a more palatable taste compared to some other zinc salts, which can make it easier to include in formulations.

5. Versatility:

  • It is used in various formulations, including tablets, capsules, and syrups, making it versatile for different consumer preferences.

DOSAGE FORM: Oral solution.

PACKING: Box of 4 blisters x 5 ampoules x 5 ml.

STORAGE: Store at dry place, protect from direct sunlight, below 30ºC.

USAGE: The product should be used in the morning and at noon after eating to enhance absorption. Over 12 years old: 1 ampoules/time x 1 time/day.

CONCLUSION: Zentokid ZinC combines the benefits of Sodium L-Ascorbate and Zinc Gluconate for optimal health.
